Altruism is one of my most defining motivators in life. Everything I do always takes into consideration those I may affect. I wake up every day with the mindset I am fully capable of leaving someone better than they were. I find that my frittatas are a great way to give back to those I care about most. A frittata isn't just a simple dish. It's an experience meant to be shared with others.
